The awards will be handed out in three categories: Image, Music and Word.
The winners will be announced at a gala ceremony in September. They will walk away with a statuette and a cash prize of PLN 100,000 (some USD 26,000, EUR 23,500).
Experts in a given field will sit on the juries in each of the categories. The jury in the music category will include famous Polish composer Krzysztof Penderecki.
