A popular path around the Morskie Oko lake in the Tatra National Park, one of the country's most popular tourist destinations, has been flooded.
Storms around Poland wreaked havoc between Wednesday night and Thursday morning, with firefighters called out more than 1,600 times.
The Tatra region attracts hundreds of thousands of holidaymakers in the summer.
Torrential rain in the area in previous years has turned mountain trails into fast flowing rivers.
