Polish PM signs new fiscal agreement in Brussels.
The new fiscal pact, which Polish PM Donald Tusk signed alongside 24 other Eu leaders, imposes fines on rule-breaking nations and enhances European Commission's role in scrutinising national budgets.
Polish analysts welcomed the news, despite Poland not being a member of the euro zone yet. It is widely agreed country's economical well-being is tightly connected to that of the euro block.
