Local clean-air initiatives as Poland struggles under smog
This Monday, Poland woke up to the worst air quality in Europe. While the problem of air pollution was mentioned by new Prime Minister Morawiecki in his policy address last week, and while central authorities struggle with the national clean-air programme, local communities are launching their own projects to improve air quality.
