Sławek Szefs reports that leaders have retained their top positions.
"The main conclusion stemming from our research is that improvement of investment attractiveness is a very slow process as it is strongly connected to the level of economic development," Professor Hanna Godlewska-Majkowska who headed the SGH team of experts, told Polish Radio.
