Greece and the EU finalise a last-minute agreement.
After talks lasting through the night, an emergency Euro summit agreed to start negotiations on a support programme for Greece.

“Leaders have agreed in principle that they are ready to start negotiations on an ESM programme, which in other words means continued support for Greece,” the European Council President Donald Tusk announced.
Greece has nevertheless still to implement austerity measures if the country wishes to receive a third bailout package.
Agnieszka Łaszczuk reports on the agreements of the summit.
“We will be close to the situation of Greece if populists come to power in Poland,” Polish PM Ewa Kopacz said, commenting on the talks’ results.
