This week to kick off the series we’ll be be looking at commerical real estate. Over the past years the Warsaw skyline has changed immeasurably, with commercial real estate portfolios seemingly outstripping office demand it seems.

Add to that the continued construction of shopping malls in all cities across Poland, and one is left with two questions which we’ll be looking at in this edition of the programme: is Poland a magnet strong enough for companies to locate their offices here, thus filling up supply, and what will the Polish high street look like in years to come?

With me in the studio I have Beata Socha, managing editor of the Warsaw Business Journal’s real estate supplement - Lokale Immobilia - and Steve Whittle, who heads up Mosaic Real Estate PR.
