A giant production of "The Pearl Fishers" in full sail for the centennial of Wrocław's Centennial Hall
As the crowds again home in on this unusual (but - as always - enthralling) venue Elżbieta Krajewska talks to Director of Wrocław Opera and conductor of the production Ewa Michnik and stage director Waldemar Zawodziński.
Lights and set for the megaproduction are also by Waldemar Zawodziński, costumes are by Małgorzata Słoniowska, choreography by Janina Niesobska, choirs - Anna Grabowska-Borys.
"The Pearl Fishers" by Georges Bizet can still be seen at the Centennial Hall on November 15,16 and 17.
