Q&A :: far-right extremism gaining ground in Poland?

As the far right is achieving electoral success in countries across Europe, the Polish extremists are stepping up efforts in their drive for political power.

“The extreme right has started moving from the margin to the mainstream, they want their ideology to be the subject of debate in academic institutions,” says a member of Never Again, Natalia Sineaeva-Pankowska.

Meanwhile, as a report issued by the antifascist Never Again organization has shown, xenophobic violence is on the rise, with four murder cases - a first in the so-called Brown Book's 16-year history.
