Opposition protests in Kiev, as Ukraine is in talks with the EU in Brussels.

Brussels is hosting the Ukraine EU summit. The major issue on the table will be the Association Agreement, which will bring Kiev closer to the European structure and free trade agreement.
Ukraine is represented by the head of the state Victor Yanukovych, who will meet with president of the European Council Herman van Rompuy and head of the European Commission Jose Manuel Barroso.
