Welcome to BALANCE, the show where money talks, with Veronika Joy.
The finger first pointed at Poland after horse was found in Irish beef burgers. Then a UK newspaper reported that the horse meat scandal was being caused by 'Italian and Polish mafia".
Since then the trail has gone cold in Poland and now all eyes are on Romania as the source of horse DNA turning up in beef products.
