"This is boxing. Ya know, busines. If you hit a sand bag, I don't know how many hundred thousand times...but it's my job. I'm fixing my mistakes. I'm a better fighter after all my fights," says Adamek.
The Polish boxer will compete for the IBF heavyweight title in Pennsylvania this weekend against US challenger Steve Cunningham.
