Cycling: 76th Tour de Pologne in August

This year’s Tour de Pologne, Poland’s largest cycling race, will be 1,060 km long and take place from August 3 to 9, organisers have announced.

The seven-stage race will start in Kraków and end in Bukowina Tatrzańska in the south of the country, race director Czesław Lang said on Thursday.
The first leg of the annual race will see cyclists cover a 136 km route starting and ending in the historic city of Kraków.
The remaining stages of the 76th Tour de Pologne will end in Katowice, Zabrze, at Mount Kocierz, and in Bielsko-Biała and Zakopane.
Polish rider Michał Kwiatkowski won last year's Tour de Pologne.
