The win on Sunday was Stoch's 27th individual world cup victory and the fifth this season after he became the first Pole and second person to ever win at all Four Hills tournament venues earlier this year.
Stoch jumped 132 metres and 134 metres in his two attempts, ending the competition with an impressive 28.2 point lead.
Eisenbichler jumped 124.5 and 129.5 metres, while Kraft jumped 124 and 128.5 metres to score just 0.1 points fewer than the German.
Stoch's teammate Dawid Kubacki came just short of a spot on the podium, while Poland's Maciej Kot came 14th, Piotr Żyła came 16th, Stefan Kula came 17th and Jakub Wolny came 26th.
After Lahti, Polish ski jumpers will head to Norway for the Raw Air competition, which starts next weekend. (vb/pk)
