Poland wins silver at European shooting championships

Poland has come second in the 300-metre rifle women three positions competition at the European Shooting Confederation's championships in Baku.

Poles Karolina Kowalczyk, Sylwia Bogacka and Paula Wrońska scored a total of 1689, just ten points behind the winning team from Switzerland. Ukraine came third with 1678 points.
It is Poland's third medal at the championships, after Oskar Miliwek, Patryk Sakowski, Kacper Jurasz came second in the men's juniors 50-metre pistol event, and Klaudia Breś came second in the women's 25-metre pistol event.
