Polish contestants have been joined by peers from Hungary and Lithuania for what is the largest event of its kind in Poland.
Flights commence from both Krosno Airport and at specially allocated sites in the surrounding countryside, with choices determined by weather conditions.
The event is co-organised by the local government, drawing hundreds of fans to the region.
