In July Fitch also decided to keep Poland's A- rating and stable outlook unchanged.
Earlier this week Fitch upped its GDP growth forecast for Poland, saying it expected the economy to expand 4.4% this year. In an October forecast, Fitch had predicted the Polish economy would grow 4.0% this year.
The agency earlier this week also revised upwards its GDP growth forecast for Poland in 2018 to 3.6% from 3.2%.
Its projection for 2019 stayed unchanged at 3.2%.
Deputy Minister of Development Jerzy Kwieciński said that Poland's rating could potentially be upped in the future.
