The report by the Polish Information and Foreign Investment Agency (PAIiIZ) and bank HSBC says that investors complain, however, about unclear laws, the tax system and bureaucracy.
The investment climate in Poland is at its best in the survey's history, rated by foreign investors at 3.72 points out of a possible maximum of five.
The rating improved by 0.02 points over last year.
“It seems that the investment climate in the country is improving,” PAIiIZ spokesperson Tomasz Pisula said during the presentation of the report on Thursday.
“Poland is a very important regional player when it comes to attracting investors,” he added. (rg/pk)
