The anti-corruption bureau said officers also entered the homes of the former president and vice president of Ciech.
Marta Wysocka-Antonsenm, a spokeswoman for Kulczyk Holding, said the anti-corruption bureau probe was focused on KI Chemistry, based in Luxembourg, a company belonging to the Kulczyk Investments group.
"We were asked to voluntarily hand over documents,” she said.
KI Chemistry is a shareholder in Ciech. Kulczyk Investments is owned by the family of the late Jan Kulczyk, Poland’s wealthiest businessman, who died unexpectedly after a minor operation in Vienna last year. (pk)
