The Polish international striker has demonstrated that he can make up to 1 million zloty (250,000 euro) from a single advertising campaign.
The 24-year-old footballer has jumped from third to first position, knocking tennis star Agnieszka Radwanska off the top spot, with the 2013 Wimbledon semi-finalist ranked 4th, with top fees for an ad campaign at 764,000 (180, 502 euro).
Holding on to second place once again is actor and wine importer Marek Kondrat, who can command fees of 950,000 zloty (224, 469 euro).

A notable new entry this year is up and coming tennis star Jerzy Janowicz. The 22-year-old, who made the Wimbledon semi-finals this year, can already notch up fees of 662,000 zloty (156,421 euro). He is currently ranked ninth on the list.
Meanwhile, retired ski-jumper Adam Malysz, who is back in the media glare thanks to his new career as a driver in off road rallies, has leapt from 40th to 17th position. (nh/pg)
