The event, being held for the 21st time, starts at noon on Thursday and runs until Sunday.
A record number of publishers and authors is expected at the fair, one of the biggest gatherings of the book and publishing industry in Poland.
Last year 68,000 people flocked to the event, held at the Expo hall in Kraków.
France is the special guest of this year's fair.
Readers will be able to meet writers including Poland’s Olga Tokarczuk and Adam Zagajewski, America’s Nicholas Sparks and Swedish author Martin Widmark.
