The talks were part of Masum's two-day visit to Warsaw, where he also met Poland's President Andrzej Duda on Monday.
On Tuesday, the Iraqi delegation held talks with Polish officials including Agriculture and Rural Development Minister Krzysztof Jurgiel, the Polish Prime Minister's Office said.
On Monday, Duda praised efforts by the Iraqi authorities to restore peace and combat the threat of terror. Speaking at a joint press conference with Masum, he also said that Poland and Iraq had diplomatic relations dating back to the 1930s, adding that the visit by the Iraqi president "builds and rebuilds" the potential for mutual relations.
While in Warsaw, Masum was also scheduled to hold talks with senior Polish parliamentarians, lower-house Speaker Marek Kuchciński and deputy upper-house Speaker Adam Bielan, later on Tuesday.
