“Pyongyang systematically violates its international commitments and ignores a number of UN Security Council resolutions, including the most recent resolution... of 2 March 2016,” the foreign ministry said in a statement.
The statement urged a return to dialogue, adding that Poland is “prepared to support efforts for reconciliation of the Korean people and for building permanent security and stability in the region.”
Nuclear and missile tests carried out by North Korea pose a threat to the security and stability of the Korean Peninsula, the foreign ministry said.
